Providence Christian School was founded in 1994 by a group of parents who desired to build a school that held fast to the Reformed doctrine.  It started in the basement of the Bethel Free Reformed Church with 43 students from Kg - Grade 9.  A few years later, it was moved to the ‘Hardieville School’ (the current location of Trinity Reformed Church).  Following this, our current building was constructed.  Over the years, the current building has expanded two more times, with the most recent expansion being in 2017.  Our current student population is 197.  Over the years, we can see that Providence was aptly named as all things that have happened have been not by chance, but by God's fatherly hand (Heidelberg Catechism LD 10).
