Exams June 2018

Please find an updated exam schedule.  This covers June 13-27 and outlines when students are expected to take exams and when they have classes.  

  • Regular classes will run up to June 20th.  This means that if Grade 12 students have classes in the afternoon of June 13 or 14, they will need to attend.
  • Grades 7– 12 leave after completing exams on June 20th-21st
  • All textbooks/laptops must be returned before student leaves in Monday, June 25, or the student will be charged for the cost.

June Exams - Important Information

1. An extra 30 minutes is allowed for all PAT and Diploma Exams if needed.
2. For all school administered exams - students are not allowed to leave the examination room within the first hour.
3. Students must hand in all their textbooks on the date of their exam.
4. Students with unfinished assignments will be required to stay at school to complete the tasks to the satisfaction of the teacher before leaving for the day.
5. Students are not to bring any electronic devices (other than approved calculators and computers) into the exam room.
